I had the absolute pleasure of coordinating Megan and Matts wedding at Massingham Barns. They had planned their day out perfectly, sparing no details. They hired me as they quickly realised, they needed help to see their plans played out how they imagined without having to stress or worry about a single thing. From start to finish, their wedfest wedding went incredibly smoothly, all the guests enjoyed them selves and had some good laughs. They even had their dog visit for some pictures and Megan's Horse surprised the guests for pictures. Megan was even brave enough to climb onto her horse in her wedding dress to get those very special snaps with him.
The guest enjoyed an amazing grazing board created by Sally's Classic Catering, Mini golf and bean bag toss out on the grass, live Illustrator Hannah Smart drawing fantastic pictures of the guests, Rabbit & Run catering food van in the evening, live music and DJ in the evening by Mumfudden suns. This day was packed with entertainment and surprises as well as the biggest surprise the couple kept hidden from everyone, including their own parents.
I was tasked with keeping this secret until the evening, when I was asked to set up a projector so they could play a video for their guests. Being able to witness every ones reactions and some very funny responses when they all found out that Megan and Matt legally tied the knot in Las Vegas back in April. Although it was a massive surprise, everyone still saw the funny side and congratulated them on their wedding day and helped them party the night away in style.
